Current Students- Ordering Official Transcripts

Class of 2024 students, please request your transcript through the PARCHMENT WEBSITE. Please search "Parchment" in your school email sent in January 2024. There is a link specifically for you with a personalized link to create your account. Follow the steps to create an account and then order your transcript. Make sure to verify when the institution needs the transcript. Most colleges want to wait until the end of the term, when all grades are posted. Some scholarships/organizations may not require an official transcript.  Please check with organization/institution deadlines and what type of transcript they need. You can also stop in the Counseling Office for help requesting a transcript.

ALL former students, please request your transcript through PARCHMENT WEBSITE. Click HERE to reach the website. Follow the steps to create an account and then order your transcript.

 

Other Ordering Options: 

1. You may walk in and pay the cashier $3 – payment may be made in cash, cashier's check, money order, debit or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted. Bring the receipt to the Registrar’s Office located in the Counseling Center. You will need to provide identification to receive your transcript. Once you have graduated, and you are over the age of 18, your parents cannot request your transcript. You must provide written permission to the registrar to release your transcript to anyone other than yourself. If you contact the Registrar via email, you may have someone else come in to pay for your transcript. In the email, you will need to provide the name of the person paying, as well as the address you wish the transcript mailed.

 

2. If you no longer live locally and are unable to request in person, and can't request your transcript through PARCHMENT, you may purchase a cashier's check or money order payable to San Pasqual High School, and mail it to the registrar with instructions that include the following information:  Include: 1) Full name  2) Full Date of Birth; 3) Year graduated (or years attended); 4) The address to mail your transcript, and 5) Your signature. Please include a copy of your driver's license or other photo identification card with your request. Mail your request to:
