Registrar/Transcripts

Current seniors:  Please fill out the following form if you need your transcript sent to an institution.  Make sure to verify when the institution needs the transcript sent by (Most colleges at this point want to wait until the end of the term, when all grades are posted). Some scholarships/organizations don't require an official transcript.  Please check with the organization/institution on their deadlines and what type of transcript they need. 
 
 
 Ordering Transcripts for graduates

You may walk in and pay the cashier $3 – payment may be made in cash, cashier's check, money order, debit or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted. Bring the receipt to the Registrar’s Office located in the Counseling Center. You will need to provide identification to receive your transcript. Remember that once you have graduated and you are over the age of 18, your parents cannot request your transcript. You must give written permission to the registrar to release your transcript to anyone other than yourself. If you contact the Registrar via email, you may have someone else come in to pay for your transcript. In the email you will need to provide the name of the person paying, as well as the address you wish the transcript mailed.

 

If you no longer live locally and are unable to walk in to receive your transcript in person, you may purchase a cashier's check or money order payable to San Pasqual High School, and mail it to the registrar with instructions that include the following information: You will need to provide 1) the full name you were enrolled under; 2) your full Date of Birth; 3) year graduated (or years attended); 4) the address to which you wish the transcript mailed; and 5) your signature. Please provide a copy of your driver's license or other photo identification card with your request. Mail your request to:

  1. Visit WWW.Parchment.com/register
  2. Build your profile and enter basic enrollment information

 

Requesting Your Transcript:

  1. Log into your parchment.com account
  2. Go to My Transcripts
  3. Select your High School
  4. Enter your Enrollment Information
  5. Sign the Transcript Request Form
  6. Search for and select destination
  7. Confirm destination and delivery
  8. Submit payment, if necessary
  9. Request is confirmed!

 

Track Your Transcript:

  1. Log into your Parchment.com account
  2. In the top navigation bar, click My Transcripts
  3. In the secondary navigation bar, click Track
  4. The nest screen shows your past and current requests with status (such as mailed, downloaded by receiving school, hold, and cancelled).
