Are you, or your student, still having trouble accessing Canvas or Edgenuity? Students can help by logging in to the device and accessing their courses in Canvas or Edgenuity so the device gets updated settings.
If you are still having trouble after logging in, or you aren't able to log in at all, we have arranged for “drive through tech support” for these devices. If a student is still not able to access Canvas or Edgenuity this morning on their district issued device, please bring it and the student to one of the following sites for our drive-through tech support in the student parking lot as follows:
- Today, Thursday, September 10, at Orange Glen High School, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Today, Thursday, September 10, at Escondido High School, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Tomorrow, Friday, September 11, at San Pasqual High School, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Again, please have students try to log in and access their course this morning. If there continue to be connectivity issues, please either call the help line at (760) 291-3030 Option 1 or join us for a drive through tech support session. Students from all schools are welcome at any of our drive-through sessions.
