Senior Yard Signs and Graduation Banners- DUE MAY 1st!

PROM ***City of Stars*** MAY 16TH AT EL PRADO IN BALBOA PARK

This year's Prom is at the Prado, Courtyard and Ballroom, located in the Hospitality Building at Balboa Park. The event is from 6pm-10pm on May 16th, 2026. The theme is Hollywood "City of Stars". We are excited to celebrate this milestone with our Juniors and Seniors. Enjoy a beautiful venue, DJ & dancing, upscale appetizers by the Cohen Restaurant group, photobooths, and a couple of fun surprises! To purchase a ticket, each student must complete the Dance Contract and be in good standing with behavior and attendance. Tickets are available to purchase with the cashier. Dance Contracts are on the ASB webpage and may also be found in front of the cashier's window in the student bins. High school guests are allowed to attend the event and must complete the Guest Contract and adhere to the Guest Guidelines. We cannot wait to celebrate Eagles!

Prom Court Voting

Prom nominations are happening now! Juniors and Seniors may nominate Seniors for Prom Court. 11^th and 12^th grade students may nominate by scanning the QR code at school on posters, flyers, and social media. Voting "run off" will be on Senior Commitment Day, May 1st. Final voting will be at Prom from 6pm-8pm! All nominees must be in good standing with attendance, school, and community.

CLUBS

*Monthly Minutes are required by the 30th of each month. All ASB Club Advisors and Secretaries have access to the ASB Minutes One Note Digital Book.

**Remember that ALL Clubs must complete a fundraiser application if selling products on OR off campus and receive approval at least two weeks BEFORE the event. Google Form is available under the links section**
